Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this site. Here is where we stand, and how to reach us.

Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this site, and we treat accessibility as part of how we design and build rather than something added at the end.
What we have done
The site is built with semantic HTML and can be navigated with a keyboard. We support the operating system "reduce motion" setting, so the animation and background effects calm down for anyone who prefers less movement. We write descriptive text for meaningful images, and we check colour contrast against the dark background.
Known limitations
Some parts of the site use rich motion and 3D effects. We have set these to respect the reduce motion preference, and we keep working to improve the experience for assistive technology. The AI concierge demo uses the microphone and speaker, with a typed option available as an alternative.
Tell us if something is not working
If you have trouble using any part of this site, or you use assistive technology and hit a barrier, please tell us. Email sanddyysai@gmail.com or call 1300 353 928 and we will help, and work to fix the issue.
Have a brief that needs all five practices?
Send the rough version. Within a business day, you'll get back the questions we'd ask in a kickoff and an honest read on whether we're a fit. We don't need a deck to start the conversation.
