Agency AI Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 11 697 378 733) operates this website from 68 Market Street, South Bank, Melbourne. In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Agency AI Solutions Pty Ltd. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us. When you send a project brief or email us, that usually includes your name, email address, company, and the details of what you want to build. If you use the AI concierge demo, we receive the text you type or the words you speak during that session so the assistant can respond.
We also collect the basic technical information that any website receives, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, through standard server logs. We do not run advertising networks or third-party analytics trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to understand and scope your project, and to operate and improve the site. We do not use the AI concierge conversations to identify you or to market to you, and demo sessions are time limited and rate limited.
When we share it
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our email provider, and the AI providers that power the concierge demo. These providers process the information on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Where it is stored
Some of our providers store data on servers in Australia and some overseas. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including access controls and encrypted connections.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
